Last week was super busy and longer than usual, did Cisco’s out in Westlake Village with the crew from Spotlight. Wednesday I was with the Dollface Dames in Santa Monica’s TRiP Bar. Thursday was back at the Spotlight for the Comedy Competition. Friday was the Spotlight again for the showcase then to Burgundy House to talk with management about my own upcoming show. Saturday was a sort of a rest/hangover day, then later that night to 35′er in Pasadena. Sunday was laundry/Logan day then to finish off my week was a 10pm show at the Improv. Started off last week with a show at Genghis Cohen on Tuesday, It was a great line-up of comics and the “Kosher” Chinese food was pretty good. Following that I had a show at the Ice House Annex doing Uncle Clyde’s Comedy Contest, it was interesting when the host of the contest went into a bit that was a lot like my audition… Fishy… I had new material but didn’t place in the top to move on to the finals.
